All the staring hadn't escaped Tensai's perception either, and it was adding to his ill-ease. The damage to the other units was likely nominal but that didn't improve his humors much. It still wouldn't matter when the shopkeeper would embellish the tale to the authorities and the police ran a check for previous infractions. He'd be done- or more than done and it would put everything else into jeopardy. There was no time to think, so he acted latching on to the stranger's arm and yanking him towards the nearest exit. He could have slipped out more quickly and quietly on his own but he wanted a better concept of what just happened. "Leave it!" Was the only words of encouragement, if it could be called that, issued. The force exerted on the door had it swinging hard against it's hinges as he practically dove for the nearest alley.

He would have preferred getting lost in a crowd, but his as yet unnamed companion would have still stood out like a sore thumb. "Keep your voice down, until we're well out of sight .." It should be in their favor that their pursuers were not exactly track stars and this sort of thing likely wasn't a regular occurrence. Hopefully, they didn't have a connection to any of the factions or this could get more complicated much sooner. A nothing little shop like that- probably didn't.

Just.. tell him it didn't. Cutting edge tech was the only thing that could compete on any level with the Magi so unless this little shop was a front for something else. How paranoid Tensai had become since he found himself a fugitive but the political atmosphere was a complicated one and it was too easy to set one group off or another.
